What is offered here

Information and a phone number. Pestco Homes is not a pest control contractor: it does not hold a license, does not employ technicians and does not perform work. Calls are answered by the partner network named in the disclaimer below, and any work is carried out by independent businesses that contract with you directly.

No guarantee of work

This site does not warrant or insure work performed by any contractor, and is not party to your agreement with one. Confirming that a contractor holds the license and insurance required for the job is the property owner’s responsibility. Ask which legal entity the license is held under — a trading name and the licensed business are often not the same.

The content on these pages

Town pages are generated from public datasets, which are accurate in aggregate and can be wrong about a particular address. Nothing here is an inspection, a diagnosis or professional advice about your property, and it should not be treated as a substitute for one. Where a statement comes from a specific source, the page names it.

No prices appear on this site. Any figure quoted to you comes from the contractor, before the work starts.
